Ron Plooy is the head of our ultraviolet curable coatings lab. Ron was previously the owner and President of Creative Coatings, Ltd. of Waukesha, WI. Creative Coatings was a manufacturer of ultraviolet curable coatings and adhesives founded in 1990 by Ron. Previous to that, Ron had headed UV development at Northwest Coatings, Oak Creek, WI, from 1979 to 1990 and at O'Brien Corp., South Bend IN.
