Special properties
Fas-Glo provides the ease of application of latex paints combined with
the washability and ease of cleaning of gloss enamels. It is extremely
resistant to water and mild alkali, making it most desirable for kitchens,
bathrooms, hallways and other areas subject to hard usage and frequent
washing.
Where to use
Fas-Glo is recommended for interior walls, woodwork, masonry surfaces,
cabinets and furniture, either new or previously painted.
Surface preparation
Surfaces to be painted must be clean, smooth and free from dirt, mildew,
grease, flaking and chipping paint, wax, wallpaper paste, and sizing.
Cracks, seams and holes should be filled with a quality patching or spackling
compound, allowed to dry, sanded and spot primed. Slick or glossy surfaces
should be dulled by sanding. All bare wood, metal and other surfaces should
be coated with an appropriate primer before applying Fas-Glo.
Application
Apply only when the air temperature and that of the surface to be painted
are above 45 degrees F. Stir thoroughly before using.
